Throughout The Series[]
Season 2[]
At the end of season 2, Mia fatally shoots Baz on behalf of Smurf. The audience does not yet know it is her.
Season 3[]
In season 3, J becomes affiliated with Mia due to Smurf having J pay Pete's gang to protect her in prison. The two become romantically involved, causing J to neglect his relationship with Nicky Belmont while flashbacks identify Mia as Baz's killer. At the end of the season, Smurf hires Pete's gang to murder Lucy for her and Mia once again carries out the hit. Mia's old boyfriend Tupi also returns to town and she begins sleeping with him behind J's back.
Season 4[]
In season 4, J and Mia's relationship becomes strained while she begins plotting with Tupi to rob J. Fed up with J's demands on her, Mia uses him as her getaway driver as she murders Tupi's friend, Lencho, to demonstrate to J what it is she really does. Enraged, J ends their partnership for good and Tupi assaults him for upsetting Mia. The two subsequently rob J and wreck his house, leaving Mia smug when he confronts her about it.
Things come to a head when Mia and Tupi rob the Codys after they pull a job and Tupi taunts J's uncles to tell their nephew that he said hello. J reports Mia and Tupi's activities to an outraged Pete who confronts the couple and kills Tupi after finding evidence of their crime. After expressing his disappointment to Mia, Pete leaves her fate in J's hands rather than try to protect her. Mia attempts to convince J to continue working with her, using Mia as an enforcer to do his dirty work, but J is unmoved. Mia finally confesses to murdering Baz for Smurf as proof of why he shouldn't trust his family, but J is unmoved. J shoots and kills Mia, avenging Baz's death. J pays Pete to dispose of her and Tupi's bodies with Pete expressing surprise that J had it in him to kill somebody in cold blood.
Personality[]
Mia shows a dangerous and sociopathic, possibly psychopathic, personality. Even her own cousin Tina calls Mia too dangerous to be around and warns Pope against her. Although Mia shows some care for Tupi and J, she also shows no hesitation about betraying them. Mia is also completely apathetic about murder, working as a hitman and telling J that she felt absolutely nothing watching Tupi die right in front of her. Before her death, Mia confesses to Baz's murder in an attempt to turn J against his family, even offering her services to him despite Mia's repeated betrayals, but J refuses. Ultimately, Mia's treacherous nature leads to her death when even Pete turns against her and leaves Mia's fate up to an enraged J.
